🐾 Rescue Story

Doby was found living chained in rural Korea, exposed to rain and snow without proper shelter.

For nearly a year, rescuers brought him food and provided a dog house until they were finally able to save him.

After spending time in boarding and training, Doby recently arrived in the U.S. and is now safely settling into his foster home, discovering comfort, safety, and love.

Doby is sweet, gentle, and calm. He can be shy when meeting new people and may step back if approached too quickly.

With time and patience, he warms up beautifully and shows his affectionate and loyal nature.

He especially shines in a quiet, predictable environment, where he can feel safe and comfortable.

Doby gets along well with other dogs, particularly female dogs or those who are older and calm.

He prefers peaceful coexistence rather than rough or high-energy play and is not suitable for young, high-energy male dogs.

🏡 Foster Home Notes

Since arriving in the U.S., Doby has shown wonderful house manners. He loves getting fresh air outside but settles calmly indoors.

He does not alert bark at the mail carrier and has adjusted smoothly to home life.

He is especially gentle when taking treats and has the cutest subtle underbite with beautiful teeth.

Doby is still discovering dog beds and couches (the floor is his cozy choice for now!), but each day his confidence continues to grow.
