Rio adores people and enjoys the company of other dogs. He’s curious about the world and approaches life with a happy spirit. All he’s missing now is a family of his own to share that joy with.
Personality
Rio has a wonderful balance of playful and relaxed energy. Outdoors, he’s lively and playful, always ready to explore and enjoy the moment. But once he’s back home, his softer side appears.
He loves rolling onto his back for belly rubs and melts into gentle pets, sometimes falling asleep like a baby while being stroked. Rio also enjoys relaxing indoors and happily takes his snack breaks during the day.

Ideal Home
Rio would thrive in a loving home where he can enjoy both fun outdoor adventures and cozy indoor time with his family. He would do well with adopters who will give him affection, companionship, and a safe place to belong.
Sometimes Rio naps quietly inside his carrier, as if dreaming about the day he will board a flight to the U.S.—where dogs like him can finally live safely, loved, and free.
Rio is ready for that day. All he needs now is the family who will open their hearts and bring him home. ❤️🐶
