Benny was found as a young stray puppy while our partner rescuer was out walking.

Despite his sweet and friendly nature, he was reported and taken to a city shelter where dogs are only held for 7 days before facing euthanasia.

He was rescued just in time.

Now safe, Benny has quickly shown what a wonderful companion he is—gentle, social, and incredibly adaptable.

He is ready to leave his past behind and find a loving forever home.

 Personality

Benny is a bright, affectionate, and people-loving dog who bonds easily with everyone he meets.

He happily approaches men, women, and children with a wagging tail and a soft, friendly demeanor.

He is the kind of dog who naturally fits into family life and enjoys being part of everyday moments.

He has a playful side, especially when interacting with other dogs, but he is not overly energetic.

At home, he is calm, relaxed, and content to rest quietly near his people.

Benny is also very intuitive—he adjusts his energy depending on the person he is with, showing gentle manners even around older individuals.

• Socialization: Excellent with other dogs; no issues in multi-dog home
• Car rides: Rides well and does not get motion sickness

• Separation anxiety: None observed (may occasionally engage in light puppy mischief like chewing toys or objects)

He enjoys exploring his surroundings at a relaxed pace and has shown very good manners outdoors.
