Rescue Story

Toby was only a month old when he was found wandering alone in a rural village in Korea, where stray dogs face unimaginable dangers. In farming areas, wire snares are often set to catch wild animals—and he became trapped in one. The wire tightened around his tiny neck, leaving lasting scars that remain today.

As if that wasn’t enough, he was then taken to a local kill shelter—where his life was once again at risk. Thankfully, he was rescued just in time.

Despite everything he endured at such a young age, Toby never lost his trust in people.

 Personality

Instead of fear, Toby grew into the sweetest, gentlest boy. He is calm at home, affectionate once he knows you, and carries a quiet, comforting presence.

He gets along beautifully with other dogs and is also very gentle with cats in his foster home. Toby rides well in the car, enjoys peaceful walks, and melts for treats and affection. Though he had every reason to be afraid of the world, he continues to choose kindness every single day.
